BRAIN(S)
Organisation and presentation of a series of innovation projects by academics, neuroscientists. We devised events and live contents around the theme of the brain. For challenge-lovers we set-up a parallel open chess tournament which allowed the audience to take a stance at competing with an International Great Master.
About the exhibition@CCCB:
The human brain is widely considered the most intricate object known to us. It poses significant questions to the fields of both science and philosophy. The exhibition "Brains" examines the historical representations and investigations of this fascinating organ in art, science, and philosophy.
The exhibition delves into the anatomy of the brain and its ability to generate phenomena such as consciousness, abstract thinking, language, imagination, dreams, and memory. Additionally, "Brains" scrutinizes other forms of intelligence beyond human cognition, including AI and animal entities and brainless organism.
